RESPONSIBILITY
MAYA SKY TOUR OPERATOR shall not be liable for any loss or damage to persons and / or property resulting directly or indirectly from supernatural forces, fires, machinery or equipment failures, governmental or governmental actions, wars, whether declared or not, Hostilities, civil unrest, strikes, revolts, robberies, looting, epidemics, quarantine, delays or cancellations, or changes of itinerary or schedule.

CANCELLETIONS
If cancellations are made in the ranges that are detailed below, the refund will be as follows:
30 DAYS 100%
22 DAYS 75%
15 DAYS 50 %
08 DAYS 25 %
LESS THAN 08 DAYS THE TOTAL PACKAGE VALUE SHALL BE CHARGED
